In order to ensure a sustainable progress, a protocol has been established for restricting and thus protecting sensitive information. Three levels of classification are defined for this purpose. All members of the Royal Court, along with any involved external consults must remain within the boundaries of this protocol.

Official

Information regarding documents, operations and projects which are classed as "Official", may be discussed or shared in any manner, within reason and within the boundaries of law. Unless otherwise specified by the relevant Committee Chair or an executive officer, the involved individuals need not seek permission for sharing information.

Level One

Information regarding documents, operations and projects which are classed as "Level One", are to be kept strictly internal. This means that the information does not leave the boundaries of the Royal Court. Members of the Royal Court will not share any information to external parties, unless otherwise instructed by the relevant Committee Chair or an executive officer.

Level Two

Information regarding documents, operations and projects which are classed as “Level Two”, are to be kept explicitly between those who are granted the clearance to the mentioned information. Unless otherwise specified by the relevant Committee Chair or an executive officer, information may not be shared beyond the established boundaries under any circumstances.

Application

The responsible Committee Chair along with executive officers, will decide on the restriction level of any work. It is highly recommended that the level of restriction is decided at the initial planning stages of the work in question, however, all work is subject to change in regard to its restriction level at any point in time. All changes are done in accordance to the current restriction level. If no restriction level is specified, the work in question is to be considered as "Official".
