Applies When

  • A person indecently exposes themselves.
  • A person swears excessively and threateningly.
  • A person uses veiled or indirect threats.
  • A person causes another to feel genuinely unsafe.

Doesn't Apply when

  • A person is considered to be a pest or otherwise annoying.
  • The victim sustains injuries more severe than those covered by this section. Instead use the higher grade offence.
